SHIPPING

Lerilli Swim offers shipping in the USA by partnering with the local post offices to complete deliveries.

International shipping is offered by DHL. While we are working on getting better rates for our international customers, Lerilli cannot guarantee the cost of import duties or taxes. Lerilli is not responsible for any import duties or taxes that must be paid upon delivering your order. Orders that are denied deliver because of taxes or duties will not be refunded. 

PROCESSING TIME

To reduce our carbon footprint we ship orders 2 times a week, Tuesday and Thursday. This reduces the amount of CO2 emissions from our cars and trucks for pick-ups and deliveries. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Tuesday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail or UPS Ground please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

TRACKING MY ORDER

If you selected a traceable shipping option, please keep note of your tracking number in order to track your delivery. Please feel free to contact Customer Service with any questions!

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Please be sure to enter both your email address and phone number to process all duties that may apply!

All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. This charge is calculated into the total shipping price at checkout. The customer's country's local customs office will assess the additional customs fees and notify the customer of this additional charge by email, phone, or physical notice. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one's local government. 

We are legally required to claim the true price of products purchased and our shipping system automatically enters this information into the customs documents it creates. 

Please note: If you used a discount on your order, your customs office assesses taxes based on the original retail price. 

We are unable to offer a refund for taxes/duties.

Lerilli Swim is not held responsible nor can refund/reimburse for any taxes or duties charged by the customer’s local government. Any fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
